Creamsicle Smoothie

I named this Creamsicle because it really does remind me of those creamy popsicles we use to eat as kids. Only this version is mush healthier!!

  • 2 ripe bananas
  • 1 1/2 cups of frozen mango chunks
  • 2 tablespoons of hemp seeds
  • 1 cup of oat milk 
  • 1 tablespoon plain sea moss gel

Blend all ingredients together on high speed until smooth and creamy. Pour into your glass and top with a sprinkle of cinnamon. Enjoy!
