Meet Rashida S. Turk — Founder of Holistically Rah

Hi, I’m Rashida — integrative health and life coach, author, 200-hour certified yoga teacher, certified in plant-based nutrition, and a lifelong learner.

This work was born out of lived experience.

My healing journey has included brain surgery, breast cancer recovery, motherhood, burnout, and a profound spiritual awakening. Those seasons taught me something important: real healing isn’t just about what you eat or how much you exercise. It’s about how you live, how you think, how you love, and how you care for yourself—daily, consistently, and honestly.

As an integrative health and life coach, I support women in reconnecting with their bodies, calming their nervous systems, and remembering their inner truth. My approach weaves together physical wellness, emotional healing, spiritual awareness, and intentional living. We don’t just talk about goals—we create space for real transformation. The work is inward, embodied, and sustainable.

With a background in plant-based nutrition and yoga, I take a holistic approach that honors the full spectrum of your well-being—body, mind, and spirit.
